The development of Fast Multipole Method(FMM) and related algorithms has revolutionized, among other fields, the world of computational electromgnetics. The FMM, in particular, has made it possible to analyze electromagnetic problems of unprecedented complexities.I have been playing with FMM, and its cousins, for quite some time. I love FMM for its elegance, precision and generality. My significant contribution to the technology of FMM is ScaleME which is a scalable, distributed memory implementation of the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) for electromagnetic scattering problems.I hope to maintain this page as a reflection of the current developments in fast algorithms in computational electromagnetics. In addition, I shall also try to share my experiences in road biking. I fell in love with the sport when my good friend Gopal convinced me to go for a short evening ride while we were both graduate students at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Since then, it has been one hell of a ride, to say the least.
